Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to eligible products. Please check the respective product page for specific return eligibility and conditions.
2. For eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery. Return or exchange requests must be raised within this 3-day period. Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.
3. If you miss the return window or face any issue with your order, please contact us at namaste@sanjeeveda.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and help ensure a smooth shopping experience with SHATAYU WELLNESS.
4. The return policy and eligibility of any product may be changed or updated without prior notice.
5. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
6. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

1. Refund requests may be accepted in cases of quality mismatch, size mismatch, color/design mismatch, missing items, incorrect items, or damaged items, including missing/wrong/damaged items in a combo order.
2. Once the returned product has been picked up and received/verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and unwashed for hygiene and quality reasons.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Products without their original tags or packaging may not be accepted for return.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery for products that are eligible for returns.
• Products that do not meet the applicable return conditions may be rejected.
